Job Summary:

Novalnet is looking for a customer-centric person who can deliver technical support with a basic to moderate level of proficiency. Our customer support executives will play a significant role in customer resolution and client retention. The executive will be a part of an innovative team established in our Chennai office.

What you will do:

Provide level-one support handling incoming customer inquiries through phone and email.
Troubleshoot payment-related issues focusing on the details.
Escalate end-customer problems to the concerned department.
Coordinates with the Team In-charge for regular updates.
Track and monitor incidents in the ticketing system.

What we look for:

Excellent communication skills and email etiquette.
Effective customer handling agility to assist end-customers technically.
Solid knowledge of MS Office applications.
Ability to speak and write English.
Good to have Hindi proficiency.
